All Orders confirmed will be processed for production and shipment. A third-party shipping agent will be contacted to calculate the shipping cost and provide an estimated delivery time frame. All information with regards to a shipment shall be communicated to the client.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and thus we will contact you via email or telephone. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
