Conditions for Refunds for Factory Defects

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • Have the receipt and or invoice for the goods ordered
  • Have evidence that the damage or defect is a factory defect
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 working days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods purchased did not meet the specifications agreed upon by both parties.
  • While goods purchased cannot be returned or exchanged, meeting the above conditions will permit a refund in the form of credit only.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any goods that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
